How we deal with customer feedback

Feedback received is forwarded directly to the Operations Manager. All feedback relating to our business is confidential in accordance with our privacy policy
We endeavor to respond to you within 2 working days confirming receipt of the feedback and in the event that a complaint has been made providing advice on how the complaint is being handled.
